Ingredients

  • 1 - medium cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 5 - mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 - water chestnuts, quartered
  • 2 tbsp - soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Cauliflower & Mushroom Mix

  • Boil cauliflower till almost done. Drain well.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry mushrooms to a light golden colour.
  • Add a little water and cook till almost done. Add chestnuts and continue cooking till the mushrooms are done.
  • Add cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients and keep stirring till the gravy turns a little thick.
