Ingredients

  • 1 - medium sized Cauliflower
  • 350 g - Maida flour
  • Ajinomoto - 2 pinches
  • 1 cup - Corn flour
  • 2 tsp - Ginger
  • 2 tsp - Garlic
  • 2 tsp - mirchi powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower 65 with egg:

    1. Cut florets into desired size and soak in salt water for 10 mins. Wash and drain on tissue paper and add above ingredients to it.
    2. Mix well and keep it for at least 2 hours.
    3. Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry cauliflower florets
    4. Take 2 tsp of oil in kadai add minced garlic, long slit green mirchi, 1 pinch ajinomoto and mix it nicely.
    5. Finally garnish with finely cut coriander
