Ingredients

  • 1 - medium sized cauliflower
  • 350 g - maida flour
  • Ajinomoto - 2 pinches
  • 1 cup - corn flour
  • 2 tsp - ginger
  • 2 tsp - garlic
  • 2 tsp - mirchi powder
  • 1 - egg
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Cauliflower 65 with egg

  • Cut florets into desired size and soak in salt water for 10 mins. Wash and drain on tissue paper and add above ingredients to it.
  • Mix well and keep it for at least 2 hours.
  • Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry cauliflower florets
  • Take 2 tsp of oil in kadai add minced garlic, long slit green mirchi, 1 pinch ajinomoto and mix it nicely.
  • Finally garnish with finely cut coriander
