Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled Cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup - boiled Green peas
  • 2 cups - yoghurt/curds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder/spice powder
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • How to Make Cauliflower and Peas in Yogurt:

    1. Beat the yogurt/curds with the salt, cumin powder, chilli powder and spice powder.
    2. Add to the cooked cauliflower and peas.
    3. Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
    4. Serve as a side dish or salad.
