  • 1 cup - boiled cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup - boiled green peas
  • 2 cups - yoghurt/curds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder/spice powder
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder

How to Make Cauliflower and Peas in Yogurt

  • Beat the yogurt/curds with the salt, cumin powder, chilli powder and spice powder.
  • Add to the cooked cauliflower and peas.
  • Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve as a side dish or salad.
