  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 - small cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 - ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 g - spinach, roughly chopped

How to Make Cauliflower and Spinach Curry

  • Fry the onion in oil until soft and golden.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and split red chillies. Cook for a few minutes
  • Now, add in the cauliflower, tomato and 1 cup of water.
  • Simmer for about 15 minutes until the tomato and the cauliflower are tender.
  • Add the spinach and stir until it has wilted.
  • Serve with roti or naan.
