  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 - small cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 - ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 g - spinach, roughly chopped
  • How to Make Cauliflower and Spinach Curry:

    1. Fry the onion in oil until soft and golden.
    2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and split red chillies. Cook for a few minutes
    3. Now, add in the cauliflower, tomato and 1 cup of water.
    4. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the tomato and the cauliflower are tender.
    5. Add the spinach and stir until it has wilted.
    6. Serve with roti or naan.
