Ingredients

  • 250 gm - Cauliflower
  • 250 gm - Broccoli
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • For the sauce:
  • 200 ml - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tbsp - flour
  • a pinch Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower broccoli au gratin:

    1. For the sauce:
    2. Melt butter in a pan.
    3. Add flour, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    4. Stir the mixture continuously and let it cook, till it acquires a creamy consistency.
    5. For the florets:
    6. Rinse the cauliflower and the broccoli. Boil in salt water. Drain.
    7. Place on a baking dish.
    8. Pour sauce over the cauliflower and broccoli. Sprinkle with grated cheese and let it brown a little in the oven. Serve hot.
