Ingredients

  • 1 - medium sized Cauliflower
  • 1 - Lime
  • 3 tsp- Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp- cumin
  • 2 tsp- cumin powder
  • 2 tsp- mustard
  • 2 tsp- Fenugreek
  • 2 tsp- salt
  • 2 - flakes Garlic
  • 1 sprig- Curry leaves
  • How to Make Cauliflower Chutney:

    1. Cut florets and soak in hot salt water for 25 minutes. Drain and dry on a tissue paper. Mix all powders including salt and add dried florets to it.
    2. Heat oil in skillet; add mustard seeds and cumin to it.
    3. Add crushed garlic and curry leaves.
    4. Remove from the stove and pour on to the florets and mix well.
    5. Finally add lime juice to it. Serve after a few hours.
