Ingredients

  • 1 - medium sized cauliflower
  • 1 - lime
  • 3 tsp- red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp- cumin
  • 2 tsp- cumin powder
  • 2 tsp- mustard
  • 2 tsp- fenugreek
  • 2 tsp- salt
  • 2 - flakes garlic
  • 1 sprig- curry leaves

How to Make Cauliflower Chutney

  • Cut florets and soak in hot salt water for 25 minutes. Drain and dry on a tissue paper. Mix all powders including salt and add dried florets to it.
  • Heat oil in skillet; add mustard seeds and cumin to it.
  • Add crushed garlic and curry leaves.
  • Remove from the stove and pour on to the florets and mix well.
  • Finally add lime juice to it. Serve after a few hours.
