Cauliflower Coconut Balls is a unique snack that is made from cauliflower and fresh coconut. The snack is great to serve to the guests or for a house party.

  • 2 cups - Grated cauliflower
  • 1 cup - Freshly grated coconut
  • 1 cup - Besan
  • 1 tsp - Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 3 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • To serve:
  • 1 cup - Cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Amchur powder
  • Few sprigs of fresh mint leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Coconut Balls

  • To prepare the cauliflower coconut balls:
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • Shape into small balls and deep fry in hot oil or till crispy and brown in colour.
  • To serve:
  • Heat the oil and stir-fry the tiny pieces of cauliflower, adding the spices and mix well.
  • Place in small glasses and place one cauliflower ball over this and also place a small fig of mint and serve in individual bowls.
