Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 - medium onions, chopped
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Cauliflower Egg Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies and saute for about 2-3 mins
  • Add chopped cauliflower, pepper powder, salt and cook for 4-5 mins
  • Add beaten egg to the cauliflower mix and saute well for 2 mins
  • Serve hot with rice.
