Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 2 cups
  • Green peas - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1/4 cup
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Clove - 1
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Coriander - For garnish
  • Pudina - 5 leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower Green:

    1. Grind onion pieces, green chillies, clove and cardamom into a paste and keep aside.
    2. Keep the florets in boiling water.
    3. Then cook them with green peas.
    4. Take one tbsp of oil in kadai and after heating, add half a spoon of jeera, curry leaves and pudina.
    5. Saute for a while.
    6. Now add the ground paste and saute.
    7. After two minutes add cooked florets and green peas.
    8. Cook for a while and add salt.
    9. Garnish with coriander and serve with phulka or chapatti.
