  • 1 - grated Cauliflower
  • 2 tsp - desi Ghee
  • 1 (200 ml) - milkmaid tin
  • Sugar to taste
  • Dry fruits - for garnishing

How to Make Cauliflower Kheer

  • Saute grated cauliflower for about 10 to 15 minutes on low heat. Add milkmaid and sugar according to taste
  • Stir it for about 5 minutes. Garnish with dry fruits.
  • Refrigerate it for an hour. Tastes best when chilled.
