  • 1 small size - Cauliflower
  • 1 handful - Mint leaves
  • 1 handful - Coriander leaves
  • 1 handful -curry leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 5 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 cup - gram flour
  • 1/4 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup - Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Cauliflower Malligae:

    1. Cut the cauliflower into medium size florets and put it in water along with turmeric powder and keep it aside for 15 mins
    2. Meanwhile, grind the washed mint leaves, coriander leaves and curry leaves to a paste along with green chillies and garlic cloves
    3. After 15 minutes, take the cauliflower florets from the water and take it in a bowl. Add the ground paste and mix well.
    4. Add gram flour, rice flour and corn flour along with salt and mix them well to coat the cauliflower florets evenly.
    5. Heat oil in pan gently drop the florets in and fry it in medium-high flame
    6. Gently turn the florets to fry evenly and till it becomes crisp
    7. Serve hot.
