Ingredients

  • 500 g -cauliflower
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup -maida
  • 1/4 cup - Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Onion
  • 1 inch piece - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • A pinch - biriyani colour
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch - soda
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Cauliflower Manchurian with Soya Sauce

  • Cut cauliflower into small florets, add soya sauce and marinate for 30 mins.
  • Take maida (save a tsp maida for curry), corn flour, soda add salt and mix well with water.
  • Dip cauliflower in this mixture and fry till light brown.
  • Now in a kadai take some oil, add mustard seeds.
  • When it splutters, add ginger and stir for few sec and then add onions.
  • When onions become a little brown add both the sauces and stir well for 3 mins.
  • Mix 1 tsp maida separately in water so that there are no lumps.
  • Now add vinegar, salt, red chilli powder in the kadai and let it boil.
  • Lastly, add the cauliflower and stir well. Serve after garnishing with spring onions.
