Ingredients

  • 1/2 - Cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 - Onions, chopped fine
  • 1 - Tomato, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pao bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp - Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp - moong dal wadi
  • 1/2 cup - roasted Green peas
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1 tbsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander, to garnish
  • How to Make Cauliflower moong wadis and green peas medley:

    1. Soak the cauliflower in hot salt water so that if there are any worms, they will come out.
    2. In a pan, heat oil, add jeera and wait for it to splutter. Then add turmeric powder.
    3. Next add the onions and sautee till it becomes light brown.
    4. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, and salt and sautee till it has blended well.
    5. Add the cauliflower, peas and wadis and cook covered.
    6. Once cooked, add chilli powder, and pao bhaji masala and mix well.
    7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
