  • 1/2 - Cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 - Onions, chopped fine
  • 1 - Tomato, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pao bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp - tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp - moong dal wadi
  • 1/2 cup - roasted green peas
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1 tbsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander, to garnish

How to Make Cauliflower moong wadis and green peas medley

  • Soak the cauliflower in hot salt water so that if there are any worms, they will come out.
  • In a pan, heat oil, add jeera and wait for it to splutter. Then add turmeric powder.
  • Next add the onions and sautee till it becomes light brown.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, and salt and sautee till it has blended well.
  • Add the cauliflower, peas and wadis and cook covered.
  • Once cooked, add chilli powder, and pao bhaji masala and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
