Ingredients

  • 1 - Cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - Dhania
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 3 - Chillies, cut finely
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cups - Besan

How to Make Cauliflower Pakoda

  • Grind the ginger and dhania together.
  • Mix all the ingredients and marinade the cauliflower in it for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil and fry heaped spoonful's of the batter in batches.
  • Serve with Ketchup.
