How to Make

  • Clean the cauliflower in boiled water. Grate and keep it aside.
  • Heat some oil. Fry onion till soft, then add cauliflower.
  • Fry for 5 minutes. Add all other masalas.
  • Make two small pooris with the dough.
  • Stuff the pooris with the masala and roll out again.
  • Roast on a tava.
