Ingredients

  • For dough:
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Water
  • Salt
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 medium size Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 handful chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 Onions
  • How to Make Cauliflower Paratha:

    1. Clean the cauliflower in boiled water. Grate and keep it aside.
    2. Heat some oil. Fry onion till soft, then add cauliflower.
    3. Fry for 5 minutes. Add all other masalas.
    4. Make two small pooris with the dough.
    5. Stuff the pooris with the masala and roll out again.
    6. Roast on a tava.
