Ingredients

  • 2 cups - atta
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Salt
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 - cauliflower, grated finely
  • 3-4 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower Parotta:

    1. Make the dough with the flour, oil, a little salt and enough water to bind into a stiff dough.
    2. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and keep aside.
    3. Make balls from the dough, roll out, place some stuffing inside, cover and roll out again.
    4. Heat a tawa, add some oil and cook the parotta on both sides.
