Ingredients

  • 750 g - Cauliflower
  • 150 g - Green peas
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin-coriander (powder)
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Peas Curry with Spices

  • Heat the oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add green chillies.
  • After a minute, add drained cauliflower florets and salt.
  • Lower the flame and cover with the lid and keep stirring frequently.
  • Add the boiled peas when the cauliflower is almost cooked
  • Then add turmeric, chilli and cumin-coriander powder and fry over a high flame for 3 minutes.
