Ingredients

  • 750 g - Cauliflower
  • 150 g - Green peas
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin-coriander (powder)
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower Peas Curry with Spices:

    1. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add green chillies.
    2. After a minute, add drained cauliflower florets and salt.
    3. Lower the flame and cover with the lid and keep stirring frequently.
    4. Add the boiled peas when the cauliflower is almost cooked
    5. Then add turmeric, chilli and cumin-coriander powder and fry over a high flame for 3 minutes.
