Ingredients

  • 1 - Cauliflower
  • 1 cup - peas
  • 4 - eggs
  • A pinch - Turmeric
  • Coriander leaves
  • For Paste:
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1" piece - Ginger
  • 6 flakes - Garlic
  • 5 to 7 - Red Chillies
  • few - cinnamons, cloves, aniseeds
  • How to Make Cauliflower Peas Egg Kaima:

    1. Clean and finely chop the cauliflower, so that it looks like kaima.
    2. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste with little salt.
    3. Heat a little oil and saute the paste till the raw smell goes.
    4. Now add peas, chopped cauliflower, turmeric powder and stir for few mins.
    5. Add little water and cover the lid. Cook it, allow the water to dry.
    6. Beat the eggs lightly with salt and pepper powder (option).
    7. Pour this mix in cooked cauliflower and keep on frying till the egg gets scrambled.
    8. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
