  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Cauliflower Pepper Fry

  • Wash and clean the florets.
  • Mix all the ingredients with sufficient water to create a thick batter. Dip the florets in the batter and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot.
