Ingredients

  • 1 - Cauliflower
  • 1 cup - Green peas
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 (big) - Onion
  • 5 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1/2 inch piece - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • Chilli powder, to taste
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower Pepper Korma:

    1. Cook cauliflower and peas.
    2. Dice tomatoes into small cubes.
    3. Grind ginger, garlic and onion together.
    4. Powder the pepper and cumin seeds.
    5. Once all the above is ready, heat 2 tsp oil and fry the tomatoes till tender.
    6. Add the ginger, garlic and onion paste and fry for few minutes till the raw smell goes.
    7. Now add the cooked cauliflower, peas, pepper powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, sugar and salt.
    8. Add adequate water to make gravy and allow it to boil for a while.
    9. Mix the corn flour with a little water and add it to the gravy, stirring it continuously.
    10. This will thicken the gravy slightly.
    11. Serve with chapatti, roti or any Indian bread.
