  • Cauliflower - 250 g
  • Potato - 2, peeled and sliced
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - as per taste
  • Refined oil - to fry
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Potato Curry

  • Fry onions in a pan till golden brown.
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste and mix it well. Add potatoes and fry it till it is cooked well.
  • Do not keep stirring after adding potatoes, or else it will get mashed.
  • Now, add the garam masala, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  • Allow it to simmer and then add cauliflower florets.
  • When the cauliflowers gets cooked, add tomatoes and stir for a while.
  • Then, add 1/2 glass of warm water and leave it to simmer.
  • Add 2 tsps of lemon juice and mix it well.
  • After boiling for 9 mins, garnish it with coriander.
