  • Cauliflower - 250 g
  • Potato - 2, peeled and sliced
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - as per taste
  • Refined oil - to fry
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Cauliflower Potato Curry:

    1. Fry onions in a pan till golden brown.
    2. Then add ginger-garlic paste and mix it well. Add potatoes and fry it till it is cooked well.
    3. Do not keep stirring after adding potatoes, or else it will get mashed.
    4. Now, add the garam masala, red chilli powder and mix it well.
    5. Allow it to simmer and then add cauliflower florets.
    6. When the cauliflowers gets cooked, add tomatoes and stir for a while.
    7. Then, add 1/2 glass of warm water and leave it to simmer.
    8. Add 2 tsps of lemon juice and mix it well.
    9. After boiling for 9 mins, garnish it with coriander.
