How to Make Cauliflower Pulav

  • Soak the rice for 20 mins.
  • Slice the onion length wise. Clean and chop cauliflower. Chop garlic and chilli.
  • Heat ghee or oil in a heavy-bottomed kadai, add mustard seeds, green chilli, garlic pods fry
  • Add onion and cauliflower, water and salt.
  • Add garam masala powder, stir well add rice close the lid. Lower flame and cook for 20 mins.
