Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 2 - Onion
  • 1 cup - cauliflower- washed and chopped
  • 2 tsp - Ghee plus oil,
  • salt to taste,
  • 1 tsp - Masala- powder,
  • 5 - Green chilli
  • 4 pods - Garlic
  • half tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 2 cups - water
  • How to Make Cauliflower Pulav:

    1. Soak the rice for 20 mins.
    2. Slice the onion length wise. Clean and chop cauliflower. Chop garlic and chilli.
    3. Heat ghee or oil in a heavy-bottomed kadai, add mustard seeds, green chilli, garlic pods fry
    4. Add onion and cauliflower, water and salt.
    5. Add garam masala powder, stir well add rice close the lid. Lower flame and cook for 20 mins.
