Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 2 - Onion
  • 1 cup - cauliflower- washed and chopped
  • 2 tsp - Ghee plus oil,
  • salt to taste,
  • 1 tsp - Masala- powder,
  • 5 - green chilli
  • 4 pods - garlic
  • half tsp - mustard seeds
  • 2 cups - water

How to Make Cauliflower Pulav

  • Soak the rice for 20 mins.
  • Slice the onion length wise. Clean and chop cauliflower. Chop garlic and chilli.
  • Heat ghee or oil in a heavy-bottomed kadai, add mustard seeds, green chilli, garlic pods fry
  • Add onion and cauliflower, water and salt.
  • Add garam masala powder, stir well add rice close the lid. Lower flame and cook for 20 mins.
