How to Make Cauliflower Rice

  • Cook the rice and keep aside.
  • Fry cinnamon and clove with ghee in a pan.
  • Add peas and cauliflower and cook for a while
  • Now add the ground paste, salt and cook it the raw smell is gone.
  • Mix it with the cooked rice, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with raita.
