Ingredients

  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp - sour Cream
  • 3 tbsp - black caviar
  • Lime juice
  • How to Make Caviar Stuffed Eggs:

    1. Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise.
    2. Remove the yolks, mash and blend thoroughly with the caviar and cream.
    3. Refill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle a few drops of lime juice on each. Chill before serving.
