Ingredients

  • 1 cup - celery, chopped
  • 2 - medium-sized potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - cooking oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Celery and Potato Stir Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, green chillies and cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds begin to splutter, add the chopped potatoes and celery. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the potatoes are slightly brown.
  • Add a cup of water and salt and cook on low heat until the potatoes are well cooked.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve as a side dish with rice, chapathi or roti.
