  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Ginger
  • 2 tsp - minced Garlic
  • 500 grams - Celery sliced diagonally
  • 4 Spring onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • How to Make Celery And Sesame Seeds Stir Fry:

    1. Dry fry the sesame seeds in a small frying pan over low heat for a couple of minutes.
    2. Remove it from heat.
    3. Heat oil in a suitable pan and saute the ginger and garlic for a few minutes.
    4. Add the chopped celery and spring onions and stir fry for about 4 to 5 minutes.
    5. Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, chilly sauce and a little salt and mix well.
    6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir fry for just 2 minutes.
    7. Serve as a side dish with steamed rice and curry.
