Ingredients

  • 4 - potatoes, peeled
  • 3 stalks - celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup - milk, slightly heated
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Celery Flavoured Potato Mash:

    1. Boil the potatoes and celery until soft.
    2. Drain and mash well using a potato masher or fork until the potatoes are smooth.
    3. Add butter, milk, cheese, pepper and salt and mix well.
    4. Serve as a side dish.
