Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1/2 tsp - Ajwain seeds
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Lukewarm water, as required
  • Oil to Deep Fried
  • How to Make Chaat Puri:

    1. Add maida, ghee/oil, ajwain and salt in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Add water, knead a medium hard dough.
    3. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 15 mins.
    4. Roll in a big sized chappati with medium thickness.
    5. Cut into small puris using a round mould.
    6. Prick with fork to avoid puffing up.
    7. Heat oil in a kadai and Deep Fried until light golden and crispy.
    8. Remove and place on a tissue and store in an airtight container.
