Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Rice flour
  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1 stick - Butter
  • 5-6 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - coriander and Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 2 tsp - Curd
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chakli

  • Mix the rice flour and besan with all the interdients. Add a little bit of warm water and prepare a soft dough (softer than chapathi dough).
  • Grease a chakli utensil and prepare the chaklis.
  • Deep-fry the chaklis in oil on medium flame until golden brown.
  • Serve with curd or butter.
