Ingredients

  • 1 container - sour Cream
  • 3 containers - Rice flour
  • 1 tsp - Ginger
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp - ajwain

How to Make Chakri

  • Mix all the ingredients together to make a soft dough (add water if needed).
  • Fill the sev machine using the chakri plate and fry until brown.
