  • chamba Rice powder - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few, chopped
  • water - 2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Chamba Raw Rice Powder Rotti:

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick fry pan.
    2. Add mustard.
    3. When it splutters add curry leaves and onion.
    4. Fry till onion is light brown.
    5. Add water and salt.
    6. When the water begins to boil, lower the flame and tip all the rice flour in it.
    7. Cook stirring till the mixture forms a lump.
    8. Cool slightly and make roti as explained above.
