Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Channa dal
  • 2 cups - water
  • 2 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste
  • How to Make Chane Vadia Daal:

    1. Pressure cook daal with oil, water, turmeric, salt and chilli powder for 10 mins.
    2. In a small pan, fry cumin with ghee. Mix garam masala and pour it on the cooked daal.
    3. Serve hot.
