  • 1 cup - Kabuli channa, soaked overnight
  • 1 - big potato, boiled
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 2 - tomato, small
  • 1 - onion
  • To taste - chat masala
  • To garnish -coriander leaves
  • To taste - salt

How to Make Channa Chaat

  • Boil Kabuli channa with salt. Drain water and keep aside.
  • Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
  • Cut tomato also in cubes.
  • Take a bowl add Kabuli channa, potatoes, tomatoes, green chilli, onion chopped, a little salt and chat masala.
  • Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
