  • Channa flour - 1 cup
  • Powdered groundnut - 1 cup
  • Coconut grated - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 3 cups
  • Ghee - 3 cups
  • Edible colours - if needed
  • How to Make Channa dal-Groundnut-Coconut Burfi:

    1. Mix grated coconut, channa flour and the powdered groundnut in a pan.
    2. Add sugar to the above and keep mixing it.
    3. Heat ghee and pour the ghee little by little into the mixture.
    4. Keep heating it and stirring it continuously. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour over a greased plate.
    5. Allow it to cool and the cut into pieces.
