Ingredients

  • Channa flour - 1 cup
  • Powdered groundnut - 1 cup
  • Coconut grated - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 3 cups
  • Ghee - 3 cups
  • Edible colours - if needed

How to Make Channa dal-Groundnut-Coconut Burfi

  • Mix grated coconut, channa flour and the powdered groundnut in a pan.
  • Add sugar to the above and keep mixing it.
  • Heat ghee and pour the ghee little by little into the mixture.
  • Keep heating it and stirring it continuously. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour over a greased plate.
  • Allow it to cool and the cut into pieces.
