Ingredients

  • 1 cup - brown chickpeas, boiled
  • 1 - onion, sliced into thin slivers
  • 1 - Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 - small potato, boiled, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilly, finely chopped
  • 1 flake - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - cornflakes
  • 2 - khakhras, crushed coarsely
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Channa Snack

  • Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Make sure all the flavours blend well.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
