Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Kabuli channa, soaked overnight
  • Green and Red Chillies - as per taste
  • Salt
  • Finely chopped Spring onion greens - 1 - 1.5 cups
  • How to Make Channa Vadas:

    1. Grind the channa, chillies and salt coarsely.
    2. Add the chopped greens and mix well.
    3. Shape into vadas and deep fry till golden brown on a medium flame.
    4. Serve hot.
