Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Kabuli channa, soaked overnight
  • Green and Red Chillies - as per taste
  • Salt
  • Finely chopped Spring onion greens - 1 - 1.5 cups

How to Make Channa Vadas

  • Grind the channa, chillies and salt coarsely.
  • Add the chopped greens and mix well.
  • Shape into vadas and deep fry till golden brown on a medium flame.
  • Serve hot.
