Ingredients

  • chapattis - 4
  • eggs - 4
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1/2 tsp, minced
  • Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Green chilli - 1 to 2, chopped
  • Mint leaves - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • How to Make Chapathi Scramble:

    1. Break the Chapathis into small pieces.
    2. Heat oil, lightly fry onion, ginger and green chilli. Add mint and coriander leaves and tomato puree.
    3. Reduce the heat, add lightly beaten egg, salt and Chapathi pieces. Stir well till the eggs are cooked. Serve hot.
