How to Make Chapatti noodles

  • Tear chapattis into slender finger strips.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and green chillies, saute with a pinch of salt for a minute.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, and saute till the raw smell leaves.
  • Then add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, required salt to it and mix well. Saute until vegetables are half cooked.
  • Now add pepper powder, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and stir well.
  • Then add the chapatti strips to it and toss well (keep the flame in high).
  • Add lemon juice and spring onions to it, give a quick stir, and serve hot.
  • Tasty, healthy chapatti vegetable noodles is ready to eat.
