Ingredients

  • 6 - chapattis
  • 1/ 2 - cup Onion
  • 2 cups - carrots, capsicum, Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger - Garlic paste
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Spring onion
  • 4 tbsp - Olive oil / cooking oil
  • How to Make Chapatti noodles:

    1. Tear chapattis into slender finger strips.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and green chillies, saute with a pinch of salt for a minute.
    3. Add ginger garlic paste, and saute till the raw smell leaves.
    4. Then add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, required salt to it and mix well. Saute until vegetables are half cooked.
    5. Now add pepper powder, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and stir well.
    6. Then add the chapatti strips to it and toss well (keep the flame in high).
    7. Add lemon juice and spring onions to it, give a quick stir, and serve hot.
    8. Tasty, healthy chapatti vegetable noodles is ready to eat.
