  • 1 cup - onion pakodi (prepared ahead) and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup - green spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 - medium potato, boiled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp - blanched green moong sprouts
  • 2 tbsp - date imli chutney
  • 3 tbsp - pomegranate pearls
  • 3 tbsp - roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp - green coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 1 - small green chilli chopped (seeds removed)
  • 12 tsp - lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp - nylon sev
  • A pinch - aamchur powder
  • Salt to taste
