  • 1 cup - Onion pakodi (prepared ahead) and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup - green Spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 - medium potato, boiled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp - blanched green moong sprouts
  • 2 tbsp - date Imli chutney
  • 3 tbsp - Pomegranate pearls
  • 3 tbsp - roasted Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp - green Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 1 - small Green chilli chopped (seeds removed)
  • 12 tsp - Lemon juice
