Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1
  • Potato - 1
  • Beans - 100g
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Chapatti - 4
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • For seasoning: Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp
  • How to Make Chapatti Vegetable upma:

    1. Cut the chapattis into small pieces and set aside.
    2. Chop the vegetables and onions into smaller pieces and set aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
    4. Add the chopped green chilli and onions.
    5. Fry till onion turns transparent.
    6. Now add the chopped vegetables and fry till they are cooked completely.
    7. To these cooked vegetables, add chapatti pieces and mix well.
    8. Add salt and stir.
    9. Serve hot.
