  • 1/2 kg - minced Mutton
  • 3-5 pods - Garlic
  • 1 bunch - coriander
  • 3-4 - Green chillies
  • 2 - medium-sized onions, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 - egg,
  • 1 cup - oil
  • How to Make Chapli Kebab:

    1. Wash, drain well, mince meat and keep aside.
    2. Grind together garlic, green chillies, coriander and apply it to the minced meat and marinated for 1 hr.
    3. After marination mix in onion cubes and divide the mixture into small balls and flatten into desired shape and keep aside.
    4. Beat egg in a separate bowl and dip your kebabs.
    5. Shallow fry those kebabs in hot oil till golden brown on both sides
    6. After it is done, remove it from the pan and drain on a tissue paper
    7. Serve hot with green chutney.
