Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - minced Mutton
  • 3-5 pods - Garlic
  • 1 bunch - coriander
  • 3-4 - Green chillies
  • 2 - medium-sized onions, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 - egg,
  • 1 cup - oil

How to Make Chapli Kebab

  • Wash, drain well, mince meat and keep aside.
  • Grind together garlic, green chillies, coriander and apply it to the minced meat and marinated for 1 hr.
  • After marination mix in onion cubes and divide the mixture into small balls and flatten into desired shape and keep aside.
  • Beat egg in a separate bowl and dip your kebabs.
  • Shallow fry those kebabs in hot oil till golden brown on both sides
  • After it is done, remove it from the pan and drain on a tissue paper
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
