Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Cucumber seeds
  • 1 tbsp - muskmelon seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Watermelon seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Pumpkin seeds
  • How to Make Charmagaz Paste:

    1. Boil 1 cup water.
    2. Allow it to cool, before using.
    3. Soak all the seeds in this water.
    4. Keep it aside for 3 hours.
    5. Using the same water, grind it to a very fine paste.
    6. Refrigerate and use as required.
