Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sweet Corn (boiled)
  • 1 - Potato (boiled)
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped
  • Green chilli, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chaat masala - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Butter
  • Jeera powder
  • For garnish:
  • Coriander leaves
  • Farsan chivda (gathia, sev, salted boondi)
  • How to Make Chatpata Corn Chaat:

    1. Heat butter in a pan, add boiled corn, potato, onion, and tomatoes and mix well.
    2. Remove from flame, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and farsan/ gathia, sev or salted boondi.
