  • 1 cup - sweet corn (boiled)
  • 1 - potato (boiled)
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped
  • Green chilli, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chaat masala - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - lemon juice
  • Butter
  • Jeera powder
  • For garnish:
  • Coriander leaves
  • Farsan chivda (gathia, sev, salted boondi)

How to Make Chatpata Corn Chaat

  • Heat butter in a pan, add boiled corn, potato, onion, and tomatoes and mix well.
  • Remove from flame, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves and farsan/ gathia, sev or salted boondi.
