Ingredients

  • 1 big cup - gram flour
  • 1 cup - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli paste
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup - beans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - carrot, grated
  • 1 - medium aloo, boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Water as required

How to Make

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except oil.
  • Add required amount of water to make the required consistency of pakoda.
  • Heat the oil in a deep kadai.
  • Make small balls with the mixture and deep fry till it becomes golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce
