  • 1 cup- Wheat flour , 1/2 cup- Rice ,1 "- ginger, salt to taste, 1 tsp- garam masla

How to Make Chawal ki Roti

  • Cook the rice. Add all masala to the rice.
  • Add to the wheat flour and knead into a soft dough.
  • Pinch off small balls and roll into chappatis.
  • Shallow fry on a girdle and serve hot with chutneys.
