Ingredients

  • 2 cups - macaroni, boiled
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/4 cup - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some grated cheese for topping

How to Make Che-Mato Pasta

  • Heat butter in a saucepan and add the onions and garlic; saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomato puree and ketchup and stir for a few minutes. Add the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
  • Place on a serving plate and sprinkle some cheese on top.
  • Serve hot.
