Ingredients

  • 200 gms. whole green chillies, cleaned and opened flat
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour Cream
  • 200 gms. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. chopped Onion
  • 1 cup sour Cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cheddar Cheese Bake

  • In a baking dish, put one layer of green chillies. Add half of the shredded cheese for the next later. Sprinkle chopped onion on top.
  • Add another layer of green chillies and Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper. Blend well.
  • Pour on top of cheese and peppers. Bake at 350 degrees c for 30 to 40 minutes.
