Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - boiled Corn
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 - cheese cubes, grated
  • 1 piece - Onion
  • 1.5 cups - vegetable stock
  • 1 - carrot, boiled
  • 1 tsp - plain flour (maida)
  • 1 tbsp - Celery
  • 1.5 tsp - pepper
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cheese and Corn Soup

  • Fry the onions in butter, then add the plain flour and stir.
  • Add the carrot, celery, pepper amd milk. Mix gradually.
  • Pour in the vegetable stock, salt, boiled corn and boil for a while.
  • Mix the grated cheese and serve hot.
