  • 8 slices - bread
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 4 slices - cheese
  • Butter as required
  • 3 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 - large onion, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Ghee
  • How to Make Cheese and Egg Fried Sandwiches:

    1. Butter the slices of bread.
    2. Place a slice of cheese between two slices. Press down and halve the sandwich diagonally.
    3. Break the eggs into a shallow plate and beat well. Keep aside.
    4. Mix onion, coriander leaves and chillies and season with salt and pepper. Add the beaten eggs.
    5. Soak the sandwich in the egg mixture, allowing a generous coating on both sides.
    6. Fry in hot ghee until golden brown.
