Ingredients

  • 1 head - Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 250 g - Tomatoes
  • 100 g - Potatoes
  • 250 g - cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp - dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Parsley

How to Make Cheese and Potato Salad

  • Wash and tear the lettuce into a salad bowl.
  • Peel the tomatoes and slice them.
  • Boil the potatoes, peel and slice them.
  • Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard together.
  • Combine the sliced tomatoes with the sliced potatoes and the grated cheese.
  • Add the mayonnaise and mustard mixture and toss carefully so as not to break the potatoes.
  • Turn out into the centre of the lettuce in the salad bowl. Sprinkle with parsley.
