Ingredients

  • 1 head - Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 250 g - Tomatoes
  • 100 g - Potatoes
  • 250 g - cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp - dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • How to Make Cheese and Potato Salad:

    1. Wash and tear the lettuce into a salad bowl.
    2. Peel the tomatoes and slice them.
    3. Boil the potatoes, peel and slice them.
    4. Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard together.
    5. Combine the sliced tomatoes with the sliced potatoes and the grated cheese.
    6. Add the mayonnaise and mustard mixture and toss carefully so as not to break the potatoes.
    7. Turn out into the centre of the lettuce in the salad bowl. Sprinkle with parsley.
